Quality management system

The main activity is the provision of quality services in the nuclear industry in order to ensure nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear facilities and the safe development of nuclear energy industry in general, not only Russia, but also objects of its cooperation abroad.

The top priority of our work is the quality of the results of our work, customer focus and the desire to exceed expectations. For us quality - one of the enduring principles of our philosophy, our thinking, our way of life approach to any problem at hand, the end result of collective efforts of the entire staff of the organization, the ultimate measure of our success.

Basis for the planning, management, maintenance and improvement of the quality of our service is designed and implemented a quality management system (QMS) that meets modern international practice - the norms and requirements of the international standards ISO 9000.
QMS our organization was certified in 1998 to meet the requirements of ISO 9002 and over the years has been further developed and improved.

Currently, SMC JSC «VPO «ZAES» is certified in GOST R Certification System Certification Body of Quality Systems Industry (ANO" MASHPROM ROSC ") in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008) (Certificate of registration ¹ ROSS RU.IK37.K00089) and Certification Body Company TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate Registration No. 12 100 3485 3 TMS).
